I am happy to say great customer service is NOT dead.  Zok's roofing is unquestionably the best roofing company out there.  From beginning to end Frank made the whole process effortless and timely.  In one day the removed the old roof and completed the new one! The crew was constantly moving whether they were on the roof or cleaning as they worked.
